    Welcome to all Northern Natural Gas employees. As you may know, many of your co-workers are interested in being represented by the IBEW. This page will be used to give answers to frequently asked questions and to explain the truth about what it means to be an organized workforce.

This page will also be used to dispel company propaganda, lies, half truths, and fear mongering.

We support the right that all employees have to organize for the purpose of collective bargaining; it is our sincere hope that, when the time comes you can make an informed decision to have a voice at your workplace.

The IBEW has over 100 years of experience in representing employees from the utilities and energy fields, indeed many workers from companies who provide the same or similar services as you belong to the IBEW and enjoy the benefits of working under a contract.
